Integration is essential after ceremonies which employ ancient, indigenous rituals, such as plant medicines, mushrooms, and various other alternative medicines and rituals.
I have over a decade of personal healing through these indigenous ceremonies. I’ve studied and experienced plant medicine in the jungles of Costa Rica and Peru. I’ve experienced various other natural medicines in healing ceremonies, as well as fire lodge ceremonies. I’ve also spent thousands of hours in silent, seated meditation.
I’ve learned an enormous amount from each of these experiences but the most important part is AFTER. The wisdom you’ve gained, or the mysteries you’ve uncovered, or the trauma which has been revealed, must be healed and integrated into normal, EVERYDAY life.
I’ve learned how to integrate ceremonial experiences into my life and share this wisdom with you, to support you in finding your own method of integration, to help you sort out confusing aspects, or areas that are painful and fear-ridden.
Every morsel of wisdom from ceremony is a gift so it’s wise to use it, it’s wise to learn how to live a meaningful life, everyday, not just ceremony day.
